Rescheduling is allowed; please visit the ticketing counters for a revisitation slip. Failure to do so will result in the inability to reschedule, with no refunds provided. - Please be aware that scanned tickets cannot be refunded due to bad weather conditions. Guests will be notified of weather conditions before ticket scanning. - If a guest has visited the indoor observatory on level 74 but cannot access the rooftop on level 78 due to sudden rain, re-entry will still be permitted on the rescheduled visit date. - Pregnant women, individuals with pre-existing medical conditions like heart or joint conditions, respiratory issues, high blood pressure, and epilepsy are not allowed on the Mahanakhon I-Tilt.
