Follow the instructions to register. * Book Seats (If applicable): If you are taking the Kansai-airport Express HARUKA, you may reserve seats via the User Site from 30 days before departure up to 3 minutes before the train leaves. ** Important: Seat reservations must be made through this site. They cannot be processed at station counters or ticket machines. If designated seats are sold out, please book a different train or use non-reserved seating.
